Flowers make people happy and intrinsically keep us connected with the natural world.

At RWF, we believe that all designers and students of any experience level benefit from every opportunity to design with flowers. There is always something to be learned. In our hands-on classes, you will be introduced to each topic with a demonstration, sharing our approach to flower arranging. You will learn flower care and handling; elements of design; and mechanics and techniques. RWF designers will work with small groups as you create your own arrangement to take home.

All materials are provided. Refreshments and light bites will be served.

Space is limited to 20 students per session with a minimum of 10. Our classes fill up quickly, so please register promptly! We will take a waiting list and will open another session when there are a minimum of 10 students. Classes may be taken individually. Please note that refunds will only be given when cancellations are received more than 48 hours prior to the date of the class.

Tuesday, November 13th
Wednesday, November 14th
6:30 ~ 8:30

The harvest of autumn in flowers, foliage, berries, and fresh fruitage with a few veggies in the mix! We’ll create a lush centerpiece with a bounty of fresh botanicals as we explore designing with delightful pods, berries, and produce. Ornamental kale, peppers, and apples share the spotlight with autumn leaves and blossoms.

All materials provided. Students will leave with their own finished centerpiece.

Evergreens, Berries, and Winter Blooms ~ $145

Tuesday, December 4th
Wednesday, December 5th
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Wonderful evergreens in Cypress, Fir, Pine, Juniper, and Magnolia from near and far will be the focus of our winter design class. We’ll explore scale and texture with monochromatic greens and learn how to work with larger elements including succulents, varied cones and branches, along with winterberries. We’ll design with long lasting winter blooms as part of our creations.
Students may bring a favorite container from home, or purchase one from our distinctive collection. Containers from home should have not more than a 12” opening. For larger containers you may purchase additional materials on site to fill out your container.
As shown, there will be a birch box provided for your arrangement if you choose not to bring your own container. All materials provided. Students will leave with their own finished arrangement.
A third session may be offered based on requests.

We will be offering classes again starting in February through the spring. Check back after the holidays to find new classes for cold weather flower therapy!
